黄糖豆浆布丁(Brown Sugar Soya Milk Pudding)

炎热午后的甜品, 简单又爽口。  吃剩了一个盒, 才取出了来“咔”上几张! 





黄糖豆浆布丁
(可做两个日本板豆腐盒)

材料
1000 毫升黄糖豆浆, 60克黄糖, 2+1/4 小匙燕菜粉

做法
1. 将黄糖和燕菜粉混合拌匀, 倒入豆浆以慢火煮至小滚。
2.  倒入容器里, 待凉却后放入冰箱里。待凝固后, 倒扣,搭配上水果即可享用。 


Brown Sugar Soya Milk Pudding

Ingredients:
1000ml brown sugar soya milk, 60g brown sugar, 2+1/4 tsp agar-agar powder

Method:
1. Combine brown sugar with agar-agar powder and pour in soya bean milk, mix well. Heat soy bean milk over low heat, stir well and bring to a boil.

2. Pour into container and leave to cool before chilling it in the fridge. Serve with fresh fruit .
