乳酪脆饼

材料:
A. 180g 奶油, 70克乳酪, 70克糖粉, ½ 小匙盐
B. 60克 Parmesan Cheese Powder
C. 300克蛋糕粉, ½ 小匙发粉, 120克夏威夷豆, 切碎)
表层:20g 罌粟種子
做法:
1. 将材料(A)以中速用搅拌机拌匀, 再转快速搅打至奶油状。
2. 加入材料(B), 搅拌均匀。
3. .加入夏威夷豆碎, 篩入面粉及发粉, 混合成软滑的面团。
4. 将面团搓成每粒大约12克, 稍微轻轻压下, 涂上蛋黄再撒下罌粟子。
5. 放入预热烤箱里以170度烘烤15分钟至金黄色或熟。
Cheese Cookies

Ingredients:
A. 180g butter, 70 cream cheese, 70 icing sugar, ½ tsp salt
B. 60g Parmesan Cheese Powder
C. 300g superfine flour, ½ tsp baking powder, 120g macadamia nuts (chopped)
Topping
20g blue poppy seeds
Method
1. Cream ingredients (A) on medium speed til well combined. Then turn to high speed till creamy.
2. Add in ingredients (B) and mix well.
3. Add in macadamia nuts , sift in ingredients (C) and mix to form a soft dough
4. Roll the dough into small balls for 12g each, press slightly and, brush with egg yolk an sprinkle with poppy seeds.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 15 minutes till light brown.
