相信大家都已经辨妥年货,家里也打扫干净, 预备过年了吧!
此刻, 你家的烤箱是否也和吾家的烤箱一样,
在“烘烘烈烈”的烘烤着,要为这即将到来的节日, 添加几道年饼,
正在不眠不休的赶着这最后的冲刺呢?
今年, 我家真的缺乏年饼, 所以只能预备几样好吃又传统式的年饼了。
说到传统式的年饼,当然少不了这款的杏仁酥了,
一粒粒圆又圆的杏仁酥, 简单又快手, 最适量目前忙碌的我。
【杏仁酥, 食谱参考于Min Blog】
材料:
150克 普通面粉
2 茶匙泡打粉
50克細糖
80克杏仁粉
80克杏仁粒
100克粟油
做法:
1。将面粉和泡打粉过筛, 加入細糖, 杏仁粉以及杏仁粒,搅拌均匀。
2。加入粟油, 混合均匀成软团。
3。取一些面团搓成小圆球(大约9克), 抹上蛋黄液, 撒上一些杏仁粒。
